Documents made accessible
Send the documents your community needs to read: handbooks, reports, scheme information, learning material. We return tagged, screen-reader-ready versions, validated against PDF/UA-1.
For NGO partners
Disability NGOs, Disabled People's Organisations, and resource centres already serve readers with print disabilities every day. We make your documents accessible, train your teams, and share the methods we use, so the capacity stays with you. There is no charge for this work.
01 What partnership looks like
This is collaboration between organisations working toward the same goal, not a vendor arrangement. Take any part of it.

We train your staff and volunteers in the same workflow we use, so accessible documents become something your organisation produces itself, not something it has to outsource.

Your remediators, subject experts, and student advocates are welcome in the Document Accessibility Community of Practice, a peer space for this work across the Global South.
02 How we approach it
Disability organisations hold the lived experience and the community trust that this work depends on. EquitableDocs brings the document pipeline and the tooling. The partnership works when both sides keep their own strengths and neither speaks over the other.
We do not ask for exclusivity, we do not put your organisation's name to anything without your sign-off, and we do not charge for the work. If there is ever an out-of-pocket cost, such as travel for an on-site session, we tell you the exact figure first, and it is waivable where it cannot be met.
03 Start a conversation
There is no commitment at this stage. We respond within three working days.
