Request access
Request access for review and user testing.
The EquitableDocs tools are in active build. Access opens in small cohorts so reviewers and early users can try each tool while we listen to feedback. Add your name and we will email you when your tool is ready to use.
01 Add your name
One short form.
Fill in the form below and we will email you when your tool opens. If you would rather email directly, write to deepa@equitabledocs.org.
02 Why staged access
Each tool is at a different stage of build.
Some tools are in pilot use with remediation teams. Others are still being reworked after early field tests. We want every person who tries a tool to find it working, and we want any feedback to land on a stable surface. Opening access in small cohorts lets us listen carefully and keep the experience honest while the work is still maturing.
If you have an immediate professional need, say so in the form. We open earlier slots for university disability-services offices, library teams, accessibility remediators, publishers, and students with print disabilities.
03 Routes that do not need the waitlist
Three things you can do today.
- Send us a document. Students with print disabilities, faculty authors, and library staff can request a specific document directly. Send us a document.
- Join the Community of Practice. Free training, real work, recognised credentials. Join the Community of Practice (opens in a new tab).
- Install the Page Accessibility Coach. Chrome extension, runs locally, no waitlist. Open the repository (opens in a new tab).
For university partnerships and training enquiries, the form on the universities page is the way in. For everything else, email deepa@equitabledocs.org.
